This gears lever has 5 mode depending on the terrain and driving style such as Manual-Normal, Manual-Sport, Automatic-Normal, Automatic-Sport and Wet modes. The gearbox can shift in 175 milliseconds when using Sport mode

For the tire the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione uses 20 inch P Zero Corsa racing tires, 245/35 at the front and 285/35 at the rear with specially made fluoformed perforated aluminum rims for sporting use as well as style.
The body is made of carbon fiber for light weight and painted using special technique using first coat of base color and second coat of colored mica particles which gives it the luminosity and the last coat of color is then applied for more full and translucent looks.
On the safety side, the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione has a 6 piston fixed caliper brakes at the front and 4 piston brakes at the rear. This massive brake has a stopping distance of only 32 meters when stopped from speeding up at around 100 km/hr.
